I love wearing pieces that are unexpected yet on trend. This combination pleated dress is the perfect example of exactly just that - taking a modern style and giving it an unexpected twist. I love the casualness of the sweatshirt top and the gold lace pleated skirt on the bottom. This dress does run a little on the large size - I am wearing a size small and used a belt to cinch the dress at the waist. It makes you look and feel so fashion forward!

I can’t wait to restyle this look with a pair of white sneakers!

This year for Valentine’s Day the hubby and I are planning on cooking dinner together! We’ve had a really busy schedule the last few weeks so we are planning on staying low and relaxing!

Nothing screams feminine and classic more than a lace top. As January seemed to go on forever (seriously it felt like 6 months) and we’re FINALLY in February, I’ve started to crave feminine pieces in lighter colors that I can wear now through spring – AND this lace blouse is perfect for date night, a night out with girlfriends or Valentine’s Day which is right around the corner!

Coming in at under $100, this WAYF blouse is so amazing and comes in 6 colors (white, navy, green, burgundy, lavender and pink). I’m wearing the pink blouse in a size small. It’s absolutely gorgeous and to be honest it’s even better in person! The lace looks very luxe for the price and even comes with a built-in cami so you don’t have to worry about it being see through. The details on the lace blouse are also super chic – puff sleeve and ruffled neck to give it the perfect amount of drama. There are also beautiful gold buttons at the cuffs (subtle but stunning).

Valentine’s Day is around the corner and I couldn’t be more excited! January has got to be the most depressing month out of the entire year (seriously January feels like it’s been 6 months long) and I couldn’t be happier to be almost out of January and having something to look forward too! Especially any holiday where it’s socially acceptable to rock pink so that makes me love February 14 that much more!

Over the last few months, I’m sure you’ve seen these fun hair accessories trending all over social media and after trying the trend, it comes to no surprise that I am loving this trend! Simple, yet glam, there is just something so much fun about hair accessories especially hair clips! There are so many different styles from sparkles, gold, silver, pearls and all different colors. It instantly dresses up even the most casual of outfits. I received these hair clips from a local Philadelphia boutique, Smak Parlour in a swag bag from a blogger event which I was so excited to try!
